have an address of the form User-name@service-provider.vn For better user recognition registering a user domain name of the form User@user-company.service-provider.vn would give additional identity. User@company-name.com.vn would give better identification. User@company-name.com would be suitable for those who need an international identification. All of these services can be provided with assistance from HVVT. |

This service is ideal for small web sites with simple construction. We use MS Front Page for these services and the results can be very satisfying and professional. Customer provides the basic Text and Graphics for the Web Design. Ideally these should be in Computer Form for easiest error free implementation. Graphics can be in computer form, or we can scan with our own facilities. Minor updates consist of changes to text and graphics where less than 25% of the page is altered. Major updates consist of changes to text and graphics where more than 25% of the page is altered but the basic structure of the web page remains intact. Structural updates consist of those changes which make alterations to the structure of the site where pages are deleted, re-arranged, re-constructed etc., but the site retains its initial basic theme. |

Where a truly professional result is required, we use the more advanced tools available with MS Visual Studio. Generally these projects do not fall into the category of designing and charging by Page Count. In these cases we will require a project oriented approach which will involve analysis of your application requirements, design specifications and resolving the functions and use of the web page. The number of pages may be small or large, but complex. Typically we will quote this kind of project on either an hourly Project Rate or a Fixed Fee negotiated for the Project. |

Web Hosting Services You may choose to use any Host Service. If you request HVVT to provide this service we will do so using service providers of our choice.
